Hello! I’m Michael Ho, an instructional designer with a strong foundation in elementary education. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of instructing learners in diverse learning settings, where I developed my ability to create engaging, effective, and learner-centered lessons. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how people learn and has shaped my approach to instructional design.

As an instructor, I saw firsthand the power of well-structured and interactive learning experiences. This inspired me to transition into instructional design, where I now focus on crafting engaging, impactful training programs that cater to various learning styles while always keeping the learner’s needs at the center.
